He is such a sweet 7 month old pup that loves being around his people. He is an AMAZING snuggler and is gentle when playing with us.  He has the zoomies in the yard (hilarious!) and enjoys lounging in the sun as long as there aren’t too many loud noises that tend to put him on alert.  He is very mellow when around his people, especially for how young he is! His happiest place is chewing on a nice bone while you are close by.

 

He does very well in his crate overnight but gets stressed when left alone, especially during the day when we are at work. Because he is so excited to come out of his kennel, it’s best to bring him outside immediately so he doesn’t accidentally have an accident :) We are trying all sorts of things to help him be more relaxed and comfortable when he is in there, and hope at least one of them works soon! 

 

Dogs (whether he can see them or not) agitate him quite a bit and he doesn’t appear to have been socialized yet, but he seems to like them once he meets them, up close and personal!

We don’t currently have a resident dog, so he may do fine with another dog in the home once he gets his paws on them!  We have been walking him every day in an effort to make him feel more comfortable about seeing and hearing the neighborhood noises (and barking) and his leash skills are improving! Nice work, Danny!
