Danny is an adorable Cur mix that was born approximately 11/8/22 and currently about 10 pounds (but has big paws and expected to grow!). He has beautiful light brindle coloring, those mischievous puppy eyes and his floppy ears look like they may want to flop up soon. Danny is pure puppy--he's super energetic and he loves to play hard and nap hard. He has loved everyone he's met so far and tries to play respectfully with the resident elderly small dogs. Danny has also been living/kenneled with a litter mate and learning healthy play boundaries--he's the more assertive puppy and has learned proper boundaries..Danny is extremely treat motivated and is very smart, which is perfect for training. He has mastered 1 flight of stairs so far with ease and almost has "sit" mastered as well. He has been exposed to loud noises (vacuum, garbage truck, blender, etc) and seems curious and interested. He is a young puppy and is working on potty training and does well on a consistent schedule and frequent potty breaks. He is getting used to his leash and loves to run around with it on. He likes to climb the snow banks and lick up the wet snow. He absolutely love toys and playing chase and fetch (brings the toy or ball back most of the time!).  He can take a snooze anywhere, in a dog bed, on a towel, half on half off a bed, he can sleep anywhere! He is comfortable with the crate and will usually settle down after 5 minutes or so. He hasn't been left alone for a long time yet (foster works from home) but he does awesome in his crate at night. After he's done playing hard all day, he loves to snuggle up and snooze on his person. He has tons of puppy energy and would love an active family. Danny would make a great addition to any family! 

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination if age appropriate, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $595.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
