Hello! I’m Panque (pronounced POHN-kay), and I believe every couch deserves a dog... and every dog deserves a fuzzy blanket!
I’m a chihuahua mix born around 3/1/25, and I’ve already lived quite the life. I started out on the streets of Mexico, got rescued with my mama and siblings, and now I’m soaking up the good vibes in Minnesota. I’m loving this whole “house dog” thing: it’s warm, cozy, and full of treats and love. Crate champ alert! I sleep through the night in my crate like a pro. Sure, I might whine a little if I’m feeling lonely (I mean, wouldn’t you rather I be curled up next to you?), but I’ve learned to “kennel up” like a Very Good Girl. Potty training? Almost perfect. I’ve got great cues, and my foster Mama is learning to read them like a book. Accidents only happen if I’m nervous or super excited, but hey, I’m still a puppy! Walkies = sniff heaven. I love going for walks, especially when I get to sniff out new smells. I’m still learning the leash game, but I’m smart and eager, so I’ll be a sidewalk superstar in no time. Chew toys and fuzzy blankets? OBSESSED. Give me something soft or squeaky and I’m in heaven. I’m a cozy girl with a chewy streak. Couch time = cuddle time. The moment you sit down, I’m there! Right next to you or curled up on top of you, I’m a snuggle bug through and through. Alert but adaptable. I’ll bark to let you know if someone’s nearby (gotta keep the perimeter secure!), but I’m pretty good at quieting down when redirected. I just want you to feel safe! Kid-friendly and full of love. I adore my human foster sisters (ages 4 and 6) - just watch out for my puppy claws and teeth! I’m playful, gentle, and always up for making new friends. Car rides? Easy peasy. I travel quietly and calmly, no motion sickness here. I’m always ready for an adventure! I’m at that perfect puppy stage: crate trained, nearly potty trained, and full of love and curiosity. I can’t wait to find my forever family and snuggle my way into their hearts.
