If you are looking for a sweet, playful personality and the smarts to go along-Meet Sage! Sage is a 2.5 year old Golden Doodle looking for a new best friend. At 50 pounds, Sage is the perfect size for cuddles, playtimes and adventures.

This smart girl is potty trained, crate trained, great with kids and gets along well with all of the dogs she has met. Sage would love if you had another dog to play with but it is not required as long as she gets enough exercise. Sage likes to play fetch with balls and toys. Sage loves to carry around her toys with her and will sometimes bring them on a walk. Sage walks well on the leash but can pull when she sees a squirrel or a bird that catches her eye. Sometimes she just stares them down and continues on when redirected. Sage loves meeting new friends and sharing her endless affection. Sage rides well in the car and always wants to come along on adventures.

Whether it's snuggling on the couch, sleeping with you in bed, playing with a toy or fetching a ball in the yard, Sage shows nothing but love and loyalty. Sage lacks a personal bubble and always wants to be in your personal space but can be distracted with a toy or treat and will settle down after some love. She prefers to sleep in the human beds but will also sleep in the dog bed on the side of the bed as that is a strict rule in her foster house. She also does well sleeping in the kennel. She gets bursts of energy with zoomies in the yard and gets overly excited when we get home but a few pets later she is content having her people home. Sage has energetic spurts but overall is content being with her people. She is not much of a barker but may whine a little when put in the kennel until she settles down.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Dental, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee:
