Tilly is a 1.5-year-old Irish Wolfhound mix with the heart of a teddy bear and the antics of a playful goofball. This sweet “gentle giant” wins over everyone she meets—sometimes a little too enthusiastically! She loves attention and will happily paw at you for affection, which is adorable but can be a lot coming from an 80-pound girl.

Tilly enjoys romping around the backyard, running full speed with that big, joyful energy, and she absolutely loves a good game of fetch. When playtime is over, she’s just as happy snuggling on the couch and soaking up all the love she can get.

She’s a big girl with an even bigger tail, and it’s always wagging—so much so that she’s been known to knock a glass off the table! Because of her size and enthusiasm, Tilly would do best in a home without small children.

Tilly is doing wonderfully with her potty training and sleeps quietly through the night in her kennel. She’s still working on her leash skills, learning not to jump (her paws can reach adult shoulders!), and practicing polite ways to ask for attention.

She appears to get along well with other dogs and is still waiting to be cat-tested.
